Personal and Business Letters
I think that this handout was just about two different formats that you can use for writing a business letter. Block Style Format all lines of the letter align at the left margin and personal business is just that you don't use a letterhead.
1. Block Style Format is easy to key and have a clean, organized look.
2. So that the customer can immediately identify it.
3. The difference between a personal and business letter is that a personal letter doesn't use letterhead. You use the personal business letter format when your letter represents only yourself and not a separate business or organization.

Box table is a table with lines (rows and columns). Tables are useful in everyday life because they can help you when you are presenting data. The difference between an open table and a table is that an open table is a table without lines and I guess a table or a box tables a table with lines. The most important key used in a table is the tab key and the arrow keys.

Internet Safety
1.Keep your passwords secret and change them regularly.
This tip is important because what if someone hacked into your information and saw your password they have your password for everyting.
For example Mrs. Davis doesn't change her password and some one got if and got her bank money and she went broke.
2.Never give out a phone number, address or photo to an online pen pal or someone you met in a chat room unless you talk to your parents first.
This tip is important because if you do put your add a picture they can find your name and it goes down for there.
For example Brittany was on Facebook and some person asked for a picture and her number and she did they can keep horrasing her.
3.NEVER agree to meet with an online acquaintance without talking to your parents.
This tip to me is very important beacuse i have heard about a lot of older men getting on to chat rooms and talking to girls then asking to meet them, there was one i heard about when a girl met the guy at her house and her parents were on the way home and he pushed his way into her room and hid under her bed and told her not to tell her parents in the end he got arrasteded but i would have been very scared.
4. Know the difference between advertising and entertainment. Sometimes it’s not clear cut.
5. Remember that sometimes, free stuff—like games, ring tones or screen savers—can hide viruses or spyware. Some information should stay private.
6.Don’t reply to text, email or pop-up messages that ask you to reply with personal information.
7. Don’t ask anyone else for their information.
8. Don’t go to websites you shouldn't go to in the first place.
9. Don’t post disturbing pictures of yourself you can’t take them back.
10. Remember not to post where you are or where you are going.

Internet, Can You Speak The Language?
Once upon a time there was a girl named Hyper (short for Hyperlink) and she was Online doing her homework. When she decided to call her friend Blog and invite her to a World Wide Web dinner party that she was going to be the Host of, and Blog agreed and said that she would go Phishing. The Hyper made some Raisin Cookies to go along with the small sandwiches she made. While she was doing that Blog went Searching on the Internet for some recipes with fish in them. Hyper Downloaded some really cool designs for her invitations. When everyone arrived she made some Refreshing lemonade and passed out the raisin cookies she made. Every one loved them but were still hungery but Hyper didn't have anymore food but then Blog arrived and she brought the fish and some Worm soup. Then Hackers of all kinds came to the party because Blog was famous for her Worm soup. Hyper also invited a Band Width and they were very Cache. Everyone was listening to the wonderful music when all of a sudden Hyper's Wi-Fi went missing and it became the Cybercrime of the century. Then a friend of hers, Trojan Horse, found her Wi-Fi and she was so happy that she gave him some Shareware as a gift to his whole family. Then a guy named URL stole the shareware but Trojan Horse said it was ok because he didn't want a gift anyway, he did it to help out a friend. In the end Hyper and Blog had a really good time at the World wide wed party, the newspapers said it was one of the most happening parties in the history of parties and that made Hyper really happy for herself.

Where does the time go?
I think time management is important because we need to know how to use our time correctly. Most of my time goes to sleeping and school, I use 56 hours sleeping and 30 hours at school weekly. At the end of the day I only have 8 hours left which to me is bad because I need more time to study to meet my quota this year ( all A's and B's).I am trying out for basketball cheerleading so I will probably add 1 hour a day for that so at least 7 hours.

Ergonomics At Work
Today in class we learned about Ergonomics. Ergonomics are working at a healthy work stations. You should care about Ergonomics because siting at a non-healthy work space can cause injuries for example back pain, and eye strain plus cost a lot of money. The best position for your chair is a very slight slope, comfortable and low enough for your feet to touch the floor. The best position for your keyboard is at a negative slope and below desk level, for your mouse its right next to your keyboard. The best placement for your monitor is as far away as possible but you should still be able to see the screen clearly. Plus you should have good light because if you don't it can cause headaches plus you could strain your eyes, neck, and back. But most importantly you should include movement and activity in you ergonomics is because siting to long can cause bad poster, so stay lose!
