Personal and Business Letters

I think that this handout was just about two different formats that you can use for writing a business letter. Block Style Format all lines of the letter align at the left margin and personal business is just that you don't use a letterhead.
1. Block Style Format is easy to key and have a clean, organized look.
2. So that the customer can immediately identify it.
3. The difference between a personal and business letter is that a personal letter doesn't use letterhead. You use the personal business letter format when your letter represents only yourself and not a separate business or organization.

  1. Writing for a business audience is usually quite different than writing in the humanities, social sciences, or other academic disciplines. Business writing strives to be crisp and succinct rather than evocative or creative; it stresses specificity and accuracy. cover letter format

  2. Wonderful illustrated information. I thank you about that. No doubt it will be very useful for my future projects. Would like to see some other posts on the same subject! additional hints
