Know Your Audience

The 4 things that you should ask yourself about your audience are Who will read or see this piece of writing? What do I want them to know? What background do they bring? and What do I want this piece of writing or presentation to accomplish? I think that it is a good idea to understand you audience because then if you understand them they will understand you. I mean like if you know what they understand and say it they way they will intrepret it easier then you did a good job on your presentation.
