I think that spreadsheets and graphs used because people need to see the growth or or non growth of a product or a service. Different types of charts are used to show different points of view I guess. I think that a diagram is a type of thing that you can do to describe a object. I think that it is easier to see it in graphic because it is easier on the eyes. I could use charts outside of this class like in job.
