Using Math Formulas
Excel helps you when using math formulas, that was really what this handout was about. If you were to put into Excel a word problem the first thing it would do is the multiplucation, then division, then addition, and then subtraction. I think formulas are important because you wouldn't be able to do math work. i think we will us them in life when we have to do multiple things. The order of precedence is important because it shows you which ones to calculate first.

Introduction to Microsoft Excel
I think that Microsoft Excel is just a computer program where you can organize text, also organize and process numbers in rows and columns.
The Hstory of Microsoft Excel
The earliest spreadsheet program was called Multiplan by Doug Clunder. Locus 1-2-3 was the name of the software that took over after the first program. But Odyseey replaced Multi Plan, and Odyseey later became Microsoft in the spring of 1984.
Questions
Business use Excel by sales figure, time cards,and expense statements.
The formulas in Excel can be copied to other columns and rows to make quick and accurate calculations.
It has grids so it can seperated data from other bits of data.
I learned that you can use it for your grades.
